On November 8, 2017, Delhi Government signed a twin city agreement with Seoul government with an objective to strengthen cooperation between two cities in the fields of smart city, e-governance, climate change and transportation. 2. Chennai has been included in United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO’s) Creative Cities Network for its rich musical tradition. 3. On 7th November 2017, a report published by Euromonitor International, said that, Hong Kong remains the world’s most visited city by international travelers. 4.
