The portal uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to interact with students, and can be customised to each student’s pace of learning. 2. India has begun work on development of biofortified seeds for pulses, wheat, mustard and millets as well as fruits and vegetables. *INTERNATIONAL* 1. The Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) and NITI Aayog, in collaboration with Australia’s national science agency, CSIRO, have launched the Rapid Innovation and Startup Expansion (RISE) Accelerator fostering collaboration between Australian and Indian entrepreneurs. 2. India and Australia held the second India-Australia 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue on 20th Nov, focusing on enhancing defence cooperation and expanding the strategic relationship in trade, investment, and critical minerals sector. *DEFENCE* 1. 14th edition of “Vajra Prahar 2023”, a joint exercise of Indian & U.S. forces has begun in Meghalaya. 2.
