The government is reorganizing the bureaucracy radically in which one out of every 5 bureaucrats in the centre will work on PM's priority schemes like Jan Dhan Yojana, Swatch Bharat, Digital India & Skill India.This means that around 10 lakh Babu's out of the 50 lakhs will work on be half of a dozen key schemes.
