·      The Annual Climate Change Conference is going to be held in Paris from 30^th November-11^th December 2015.

·      120 countries have submitted their INDC’s (Intended Nationally Determined Contributions).

·      India has declared that its green house gas emission will reduce by 1/3^rd as compared to 2005 by 2030.

·      It will generate 40% of its electricity from non-fossil fuel based sources like solar, wind or hydropower.

It is important for the world to take cognizance of the Global Warming before it is too late. India, which is the 4^th largest emitter of Carbon dioxide after China, USA & EU has to prove its accountability, so that the world can follow suit.
